    When I see your life

    When I see your life,
    It gives me strife,
    For I see my lack,
    In this broken down shack.

    On bended knee, I present myself,
    An offering to thee, I owe.
    When red turns to white,
    I know that I am free.

    I would that my life be a mirror,
    That I may never fear,
    Your wholeness fills mine heart,
    When I am torn apart.

    I would that I walk in thy path;
    Though it be narrow,
    Thy path is straight;
    Hold ye my fate.
